Shipping policy

  • Most items take 3-4 business days to arrive.
  • Accessories/Home Decor take about 6 business days to arrive, unless out-of-state, then it may be longer.
  • Broken items in the mail are replaceable or other options are available.

Meliza Interiors Inc. are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your order leaves our store, we are not responsible for its whereabouts. If you are a domestic customer and your package is lost or stolen, you may contact us and we will contact our shipping carrier and start an investigation. This can take up to 8 business days. If the shipping carrier is at fault, a claim will be filed. After the claim is filed by the shipping carrier, it can take up to 2-3 weeks for the claim to be received by us and you to be compensated for your lost or stolen package.
