Refund policy

All returns must be made within 30 DAYS of the ship or purchase date. (Orders are eligible for return if they are received within 30 calendar days of the date they are received.) They must not be altered in any way, this includes but is not limited to the following: items that have been worn, tags removed, washed items, items weathered or worn down due to outdoor conditions, broken or damaged items, used wax melts, votives, candles, sprays, or diffusers.

CEILING FANS HAVE A 10 DAY WARRANTY AFTER ARRIVAL FOR REPAIR.

We do NOT do exchanges due to the quickly changing stock and we cannot guarantee we will have the size or the item you need at the time.

  • Shipping fees of returning items are to be paid by the customer returning the product(s).
  • All Fans have a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in the mail.
  • All merchandise is the FINAL sale.

Meliza Interiors Inc. are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your order leaves our store, we are not responsible for its whereabouts. If you are a domestic customer and your package is lost or stolen, you may contact us and we will contact our shipping carrier and start an investigation. This can take up to 8 business days. If the shipping carrier is at fault, a claim will be filed. After the claim is filed by the shipping carrier, it can take up to 2-3 weeks for the claim to be received by us and you to be compensated for your lost or stolen package.
